"Helpful support and worth the price"
I had a small issue with my Hamperapp order and reached out to support, expecting it to be a hassle. They got back to me quickly and didn’t overcomplicate things, which I appreciated.

The person helping me was friendly, kept me updated, and I didn’t have to keep chasing them. I’m careful about where I spend my money, so it was good to feel like the service matched what I paid for. Overall, a solid experience.

"Felt a Bit Left in the Dark"
The service itself was okay, but the communication could’ve been a lot better. I kept having to chase down updates myself, and when I did get messages, some of them were confusing. Support did respond, but it didn’t really feel like my questions were fully answered. Overall, I just felt a bit left in the dark. It would make a big difference if they explained things more clearly and kept customers updated along the way

I sent in a bunch of laundry with a coffee stain on a white shirt and some older sauce marks on my kid’s hoodie. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but both came back looking really clean. The coffee stain was totally gone and the hoodie looked way better than before. Happy with Hamperapp overall and I’d use them again for stuff I don’t feel like scrubbing myself. Has anyone else had tough stains come back this clean?

"Pretty much what I expected"
I ordered it figuring there might be something missing, since that seems to happen a lot with deliveries, but everything was actually there. Got exactly what I picked, so no complaints this time...

"Super easy app to use"
I used Hamper for the first time the app was really simple. Booking took literally about a minute, and I didn’t have to tap around a bunch just to figure things out. Everything was clear, and the pickup updates were super easy to check. No issues so far, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Billing felt a bit messy"
I’ve had a couple of billing issues where the amount on my bill didn’t line up with what I was expecting from the receipts/emails. Support did end up fixing one of the charges, but it took longer than I hoped, and then the next invoice still looked off. The app itself is fine, but the billing side definitely needs some attention

"Price wasn’t really clear"
Booking was easy, so that part was fine. But the price kind of confused me. I think I know what I was paying, then later some extra charges show up and it caught me off guard. Maybe I didn’t read all the tiny details, but it really should be more clear in the beginning. The service is okay overall, I just didn’t like getting surprised by the final price.

"Wish I’d Tried Hamper Sooner"
I’ve used Hamper a few times now, i kind of regret not giving it a shot earlier. Every order has been smooth, the updates showed up when they were supposed to, and I never had to worry about anything weird happening. It just feels reliable and easy to trust

The wash came back clean enough, but the folding was a bit messy. Nothing terrible, but my gut feeling is they could’ve taken a little more care with it.

"Refund got sorted quickly actually"
I had a small mix-up with my refund, but support actually got it fixed fast and added the credit back without making it a hassle. I did have to check a couple things on my end, but overall it was handled fairly. I’m happy with how it turned out.

Overall, my order was just okay. I did like the scent because it was fresh without being too strong, but a couple of the items didn’t feel as clean or fresh as I expected. Some were fine, so it wasn’t a total miss, but for what I paid, I was hoping for a more consistent experience. I’d appreciate it if the company could make this right somehow

"Pretty okay, I guess, for the price"
I’ve used Hamperapp a few times and it’s not bad, like it does what it says mostly. If you’re using it a lot, then the value makes more sense, but some of the charges still feel kind of more than I expected for what it is. The service itself was fine, no big problems really, I’m just not fully sure I’d say it’s worth the money every time.

"Pickup was right on time"
I tried hamperapp.com for the first time and, yeah, the pickup actually happened when they said it would. Which sounds basic, but not every service manages that.
The driver came within the time window, so I wasn’t stuck just waiting around and wondering what was going on. I had a busy day, so that part was kind of a big deal for me.
Overall it was easy and smooth. I’d use them again, especially because I didn’t have to follow up or chase anyone down.

My hamper turned up looking really neat, which was a nice surprise because apparently that’s not always a given these days. The box wasn’t bashed in, and everything inside was properly packed instead of just being chucked in and left to fend for itself.
The wrapping was simple but tidy, and it made the whole thing feel a bit special without trying too hard. It was also easy to open, which I appreciated because I didn’t need a full toolkit just to get into it. Would order again

"Dry cleaning didn’t really hit the mark"
I picked up my clothes expecting them to look fresh and ready to wear, but they came back still kind of wrinkled and just overall meh. Reading between the lines, it felt like the job was rushed or not given much attention. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely disappointing
